1. Services
We provide esthetic and skincare services for personal, cosmetic, and wellness purposes. Our services are not medical treatments and should not be considered a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions.
2. Booking & Payments
- Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Services are provided in a private, home-based studio located in Deltona, 32738. For privacy and security reasons, the full address is not published online. Clients who schedule an appointment will receive the complete address and entry instructions via email or text confirmation.
- A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Final payment is due at the time of service.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Your credit card details are not stored in our systems.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Please arrive on time. Appointments will be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
- No-shows may be charged in full or restricted from future bookings.
- Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies at our discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during intake and consultations.
- You must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities that may affect your service.
- You agree to follow any pre- and post-service instructions provided to achieve the best results and reduce the risk of reactions.
5. Results Disclaimer
While we strive to provide excellent care, results from skincare and esthetic services vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not responsible for adverse reactions where accurate information was not provided.
